While there are thousands of programs and life coaches out there that will help you with affirmations, none will tell you how exactly to use affirmations. When you write into the four journals I am going to introduce you to, you are going to write into them while you read out what you are writing aloud. This simple but distinctive way of writing a journal will help you create affirmations that positively and certainly affects both your subconscious and conscious mind.
I will also teach you about how to write these journals. Writing down random thoughts, in an unstructured manner, will not help you in any way. But, if you can compartmentalize your conscious and your subconscious (dreams) thoughts and then journal it in the way I tell you, you will be amazed at how you start to think differently, how you act differently and how you start winning at life, without even consciously trying.

With guided instructions on how to write into this journal on an everyday basis, I will show you how to come consciously up with thoughts with which you construct affirmations that have the power to change your particular life. You will write down these affirmations while you say them out loud, in a confident manner, activating two sensory regions in your brain, giving your affirmations the avenue to penetrate both your conscious and subconscious mind.
Over time, just a few weeks and sometimes over a few months, just this journal alone will change your mind set for the better.

All the affirmations and positive thoughts in the world are not going to change your life unless you direct them to goals, goals that you set, for yourself. Goals give the positive affirmations created by the “I am” and “My Dream” journals the direction they need to positively influence your life.
In many cases where people are stuck in their life, it is not because they are unhappy or because they can’t find peace of mind but simply because they haven’t found a goal to work towards.
In the “My Goals” journal, you will be guided into setting goals for yourself, goals that you will then document. When you begin to have a clear sense of where you need to be, you can begin the journey to change your life.
