You must have heard of a concept called affirmations. Affirmations help you reprogram the way you think, change the very way your mindset works. In other words, it is based on the premise of the principle that states that “you are who you think you are”. Affirmations are that very crucial link between the conscious and subconscious mind that play a mighty role in deciding how you feel about yourself, how you conduct yourself and how you live and deal with your life.
While there are thousands of programs and life coaches out there that will help you with affirmations, none will tell you how exactly to use affirmations. Merely telling you to think positive thoughts doesn’t work. If it did, everyone would be happy as everyone can imagine and fantasize about being happy.
The thing with affirmations is that they need to be tactfully enforced, to gently but surely influence the subconscious mind that will then change the way your conscious mind works.
That’s where a simple yet revolutionary process of keeping journals comes in, to help enforce affirmations you consciously conjure. I will now introduce you to a system where all you have to do is maintain four journals to document your thoughts and dreams. Writing and maintaining these four journals will help you use the power of affirmation to change your life, for the better.
How can four journals help me change my life?
When you write into the four journals I am going to introduce you to, you are going to write into them while you read out what you are writing aloud. This simple but distinctive way of writing a journal will help you create affirmations that positively and certainly affects both your subconscious and conscious mind.
I will also teach you about how to write these journals. Writing down random thoughts, in an unstructured manner, will not help you in any way. But, if you can compartmentalize your conscious and your subconscious (dreams) thoughts and then journal it in the way I tell you, you will be amazed at how you start to think differently, how you act differently and how you start winning at life, without even consciously trying.
