Self-love is something that’s often overlooked in today’s society. We want to make others happy, but we don’t think about how we can be happy first. That’s why it’s important to practice self-love every day. It doesn’t matter if you’re a kid or an adult; practicing self-love will improve your well being and help you live a more positive life overall!
Self-Love Tip #1: Practice mindfulness.
Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment, without judgment or attachment. It can be achieved through meditation, yoga and other practices that focus on breathing or mindfulness.
While this might sound like an abstract concept, it’s actually quite simple to apply in your daily life. You can practice mindfulness by simply taking time each day to reflect on what’s happening around you right now–what do you hear? What do you see? How does it feel?
If there are other people involved (such as in a work meeting), try paying attention not only to what they’re saying but also how they’re saying it; this will help build empathy and understanding between coworkers.

Like getting up early to workout or making a delicious smoothie or go get yourself a manicure at the nail salon!
When it comes to rewarding yourself for the little things, there are no rules. You can reward yourself with anything you enjoy and that makes you feel good! It could be something as simple as a slice of pizza or an episode of your favorite TV show. Or maybe it’s something more extravagant like getting a manicure at the nail salon or buying new clothes (especially if they’re on sale).
The key here is that this reward should make you feel good about yourself and give you a sense of accomplishment after having done something important like finishing homework or working out in the morning because those things aren’t always easy to do!
